All applications are subject to The ROKiT Group approval and we can refuse an application to any person without giving a reason.
Members can apply for one ROKiT Club card per person and any or all benefits associated with the card or its membership can be withdrawn, refused or removed without notice or any reason given.
The Card, and its cherished number, are logged with the applicant only and is not transferable to any other person.
The Applicant understands they are responsible for keeping ROKiT Club up to date with their current email address and ROKiT Club cannot be responsible for any communications not arriving. In the case that ROKiT Club needs to deliver any prize or offer ‘won’ or ‘purchased’ the applicant understands it is their responsibility to provide a full and valid address. ROKiT Club cannot be responsible for non-delivery of goods if an incorrect delivery address has been given.
ROKiT Club will send a weekly mailshot with offers, benefits and news for all current club members, members understand they can unsubscribe from receiving this at any time but they cannot hold ROKiT responsible for any opportunities, offers or news missed because of this decision.
By agreeing to these terms, you give the ROKiT Group permission to email or contact you about any offers or benefits relevant to the choices you made in this application.
Any club member found to have made public any grievance outside of the above options could have their membership suspended or cancelled without notice.
